Delete Your PIRILY Account

To delete your PIRILY account, open the PIRILY app and use the Delete Account option available in your account settings.

1. Open PIRILY.
2. Go to your Profile or account settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the deletion information shown in the app.
5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

For security, you may be required to authenticate again before account deletion can be completed.

When your PIRILY account is deleted, account-specific information associated with your active account is removed, including, as applicable:

• Firebase Authentication account
• PIRILY user profile
• profile photo
• notification settings
• associated push notification token
• invitations associated with the deleted account
• active partner connection and account references

Your deleted account can no longer be used to sign in to PIRILY.

Some PIRILY information represents a history shared between two partners rather than information belonging exclusively to one account.

If you delete your account, legitimate shared relationship history may remain available to your former partner. Examples may include:

• shared Moments
• completed challenges
• achievements
• timeline and relationship history
• anniversary information
• XP, levels and streaks
• shared goals and progress

Your account is detached from the previous relationship, and identifying account information such as your user ID or name attribution is removed or anonymized where necessary.

The previous relationship becomes archived for the surviving former partner.

The surviving partner becomes unpaired and may later connect with another PIRILY user.

A future partner must not gain access to archived relationship history from the previous relationship.
